Arrive at the property and use your eKey to open the secure lockbox. Inspect at your own pace — your $9.99 hold is refunded once you're finished.
Pricing
One flat fee per inspection. No subscriptions, no hidden charges. The hold reserves your access window and is returned to you automatically when the inspection is complete.

Refund Policy
Once your inspection is marked as complete, the full $9.99 AUD is returned to your original payment method — no forms, no chasing, fully automatic.
If you cancel after your eKey has been issued, the $9.99 AUD hold is forfeited. This covers the administrative cost of securing the access window for your session.
